If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Returns

  • You have 5 days from the date of purchase (or delivery) to request a return.

  • To be eligible, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

2. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5 business days to your original payment method.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

3. Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

  • If you need to exchange it for the same item, please reach out to us using our contact form.

4. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet, first check your bank account or contact your payment provider.
